#HackenschmidtSquats here for a 65x11 PR and then 10. I followed these up with 10 and 8 reps of Nordic curls (unsupported and at the same incline I've posted previously) and reverse Nordics for BW+10x16 and 14 reps.

Finally back to progressing on #MaxEffort #HackenschmidtSquats, here for 75, 85, and the 92.5 PR, which seemed easy enough, but I still couldn't quite manage 95 after that. Then it was 70x2x9 backdowns, which matches my best set from December, but twice in this case.

Tried #MaxEffortMethod on #HackenschmidtSquats (the style of #squats pioneered by George Hackenschmidt). Wasn't prepared for quite how difficult these are off the floor, but it seemed the proper way for max effort, or really in general. Did 65 and 75 and then backed off two sets of 45 up to 14 reps.
