Staff just said that the Integrated mobility plan is holding back street repaving. It's the other way around staff. Recaps and speed bumps are holding back the IMP, HalifACT and the Road Safety Framework.

Climate impacts are damaging roads and other municipal assets. HalifACT and Green Network Plan (and that other one I missed it) are relying on these plans! Green infrastructure, active transportation, and flood mitigation.
