My personal opinion on this; Evotec don't need to sell & certainly not at this price. Not sure Halozyme offers any real synergy that makes them better (but maybe). Evotec have been restructuring & likely need to a bit more. A higher offer from a PE would make more sense, if anything does. $EVT $EVO
