He estado ocupado con #TOW de #warhammer he termando el #organgun y la donación de #dwarfs, he usado #TMM, los accesorios quedan muy bien y le dan buena ambientación. Me he decidido por bases de piedra, como los #hammerers. También he practicado freehand en los tatuajes.

I was hoping to say the hammerers were complete, but I've just noticed the gloves have rings over them.
Oh well, they still need shields and a banner anyhow, so merely completeish for now!
Also played my first league game with my guard. New space marines are a terror!

The return of my clubs 40k league has put some fire under me to finish up some guard. Tonight i finished up an enginseer and a Vanquisher turret for my league list.

El portaestandarte de los #Hammerers de #TOW de #warhammer, terminado, solo queda el músico del regimiento de #dwarfs. El transfer no ha quedado mal, es más fácil de lo que parece. Es mejor que el freehand? En mi opinión no, prefiero algo sencillo pero pintado a mano. Aún así queda bien.

Vuelta con los #Hammerers de #TOW de #warhammer, el regimiento de #dwarfs va tomando forma. He dejado para lo ultimo el capitan, el músico y el portaestandarte. Los regimientos pueden ser monótonos, suelo pintar 2 o 3 a la vez pero en este caso les he dedicado bastante tiempo a cada una.

With a big enough hammer everything looks like a nail! First couple of colours have been applied to my hammerers.
Mostly though, today was a 2k game of #OldWorld vs Ogres, the longbeards have since been grumbling that Ogres used to be tougher!
Also, more base sand!

Not to mention everything releases before 3rd edition AoS that was in CoS was a vestigial limb. The brief period where one dwarf unit (hammerers) were good didn’t last long, nerfed in a hurry. It never felt like dwarves were an army, just some mediocre warscrolls not worth using as allies.

Just a bit of narrative house ruling. After the Tomb Guard were destroyed the King was still in a challenge with mine, and we wanted to continue It. Alaric and Belerif have a history going back many years so he tagged in to lead the Hammerers, while King Belerif stayed behind to fight the duel.

Fought an excellent game of Old World yesterday, again the Dwarves proved indomitable and my Tomb Kings army just bounced off! There were some great scraps and mighty challenges, but in the end the only unit I managed to kill was the Dwarf King in a duel with my Tomb King! Oh well, next time...

We played a 2K game on AoS, the mission was Places of Arcane Power. It was my Cities of Sigmar v Skaven. I positioned my units poorly and underestimated the Skaven shooting. We called it at a 20 - 20 tie, but I was in a bad position had it continued.
