AEW putting in Cody's awesome dig at Hangman's expense about PAC being shredded (the Full Gear origin story) was beautiful. It felt like an effort to end the petty nonsense. Pro wrestling doesnt need a "war" to thrive.
AEW spotlighting Cody & the Lucha Bros in the PAC tribute video revealed how pathetic WWE acted this week.

they gave her TWO DOSES and she's still alive. this isn't "the hangman's noose snapped twice and she's more or less alright", this is almost certainly a prolonged hell the likes of which no one can ever imagine because no one ever comes back to describe it.

Hangman is the kind of wrestler that you hope your kid looks up to. I hope young wrestling fans see that tribute and find it in themselves to not hold back tears when they need to let them out, that they see the strength in Hangman's mourning, and internalize it to strengthen themselves.

Can't be really stated enough how important PAC was for Hangman's career in AEW. The Full Gear name for the PPV spawning from a specific BTE bit, but their match at the 2019 show was great and showed how good PAC can be and helped Hanger along his long hero's journey.
