Happy JoJo Friday to all who celebrate. Yare Yare Boys are finally back (until the end of the Stage, which we all understand) to talk about Steel Ball Run episodes 1 and 2! This is my 2nd favorite part and I only remember 3 things that happen in it. Send questions to help me remember "Mountain Tim"

Happy weekend! I went on a recovery run. I cut the hill repeats at the end because I have a big weekend scheduled ahead. Still a little toasty for my tastes. Fall will surely arrive by February. #running

The plainest of bar soap works just fine for me so far. Honestly I think it's been better than shaving cream. And yeah I just end up with a very faint, neutral soap smell that I'm happy with.
