Since it was raised in the Boasberg that the govt might have moved detainees out of Harlingen to Bluebonnet to skirt a TRO in Harlingen, it might be a good idea to get TROs in ALL the districts in the 5th circuit ASAP. Blanket the conservative circuit districts.

Flight trackers show charter planes in the deportation fleet taking multiple trips from Abilene where Bluebonnet is, to Harlingen - the staging area for El Salvador. So there may already be people that have left Bluebonnet for Harlingen in the last couple of days.
