Setting aside the annexation threats over the last 2 years, the US added demands to the trade negotiations saying that they would get a veto on who Canada can sign trade deals with, remove French from our official languages (for all intents and purposes) and demand that we stop supporting our art and culture in order to get a trade deal with them and SOMEHOW the American media neglects to mention any of that and spin it so Canada is the one operating in bad faith???
