We went from 35 people end of Q4 and now have 87 and by the end of the year we’ll be over 100. But also remember folks quit left and right on the HQ side (19 to date) so it’s been a wild year already. But that’s startup life. S/o to my Zoloft! #HeadOfHumans

My team doubled the company in one quarter from 35 to 80 people…. Hired all those people in under 25days and I kept cost down AND did ALL the backend operations from scheduling interviews to onboarding etc

I remember on the bird 🐦 app young people calling me old on this topic of me telling them watch what you do and post on social media. I’ve absolutely canceled a lot of offers over the last 13yrs from what you do on social media. 😎 #HeadOfHumans
And this is why we do social media checks when we hire people because even if you did this now and you apply to one of my roles 5yrs from now guess what you not getting a job.
