How does this place a duty on the ECB to hold a test in Leeds every year? There will be a test at Headingly on rotation and that is fair.

Surely the Rose Bowl isn't the ground that should miss out?

Edgbaston and Headingly are great grounds. Or at least they were the last time which was a few years ago during those back to back ashes series

Also yeah disgraceful not to have an ashes test up north. I think my ideal ashes series would go something like:
1. Cardiff
2. Edgbaston
3. Headingly
4. Trent Bridge
5. Oval
(never Lords vs Aus!)
