#Healer2014 is catering to me personally by finally letting the bad guys get the upper hand over the hypercompetent ML, leaving him collapsed and bleeding in a corner. 😊 (Jeong Hu is not beating the feral cat allegations by dragging himself out of sight to pass out alone instead of seeking help!)

Can't say exactly what it is about #Healer2014 that hits the spot, but I am having many happy feelings watching it. Everyone has an angsty past! Everyone is protective of at least one other person (in their own way)! The irredeemably bad guy isn't a stranger - except that there's ANOTHER bad guy...!

#Healer2014 ep 14: a whole episode of basically just emotional h/c and worry? Don't mind if I do! Yes, there's also excellent plot development but I'm here for the mental and physical unravelling going on. And also the punching, cuddling for warmth and hugs. Very good, A+++, the writer Gets It.

Okay we went for Healer, and the first episode was intriguing and fun. It's always a good sign of the storytelling trusting the audience when you have to get the metaphorical conspiracy board out to try to figure out who everyone is and how they're connected. Looking forward to more! #Healer2014

Very much enjoyed episode 2 of #Healer2014! Have a slightly better idea of who everyone is, and how they're related. And the question of what, exactly, happened in 1980 and 1992 is very intriguing. Definitely one of those "not everything is what it seems" kind of things...

We watched one ep of #Healer2014 yesterday and two today, so we're at 6 already - it's got a very satisfying pace! A lot happens each ep, and enough new metaplot is revealed to sometimes confirm suspicions and sometimes just make us theorize harder. And there's some great fun identity shenanigans!

Also I am very weak for the "clinging to someone in your sleep" trope ESPECIALLY when combined with nightmares. Such good h/c. (Even if neither participant is making an active choice about the comfort.)

#Healer2014 is doing the "dressing up real fancy for reasons" trope?! I love that trope. A classic for a reason! Also lets our leading couple look stunning except PLEASE give Yeon-sin heels she can actually walk in and not those stiletto deathtraps.

Meanwhile Jo Han-chul is a delight as always!

#Healer2014 11: SO HERE for all the angst and identity shenanigans going on. And now there's actually an actual GOOD REASON (sorta - still deciding for her which... not my favorite) not to let Yeong Sin in on things! Also wow, Jeong Hu is even more of a feral cat of a man than I originally thought.
