#Heallth
Google heallth ist echt einfach nur schlecht. Offenbar habe ich in der letzten halben Stunde über 2000 Schritte gemacht. Ich sitze seit 2h auf dem Sofa und schaue fern.

I've been thinking of writing a "Trump is just evil, stop being saneist" piece for a bit. Tbh what's stopping me is knowing the amount of harassment I'd get, as someone who struggles with my mental heallth.

Trump will now dictate universities' tenure/promotion standards.

We have experienced partisan politicization of federal research spending before (e.g., banning research on the public-heallth impacts of firearms, banning political science funding from NSF) but never at anything like this scale.

Heallth & fitness advice that promises big results in little time.

Quick-fixes are NOT sustainable.

My MH issues mainy stem from an anxiety disorder which was never properly dealt with in the 1980s

My #Anxiety can be crippling at time's and I hate it

THE REPUBLICANS WANT TO CUT $1 TRILLION FROM MEDICAID

Ask yourself, how is that fighting for heallth care? All you have to do is look at what is happening at the Department of Health and Human Services to know that Mike Johnson is a blatant LIAR ...
Mike Johnson: "We're fighting for healthcare as well. Not just in word but in deed. We put in the one big beautiful bill, real reforms to Medicaid to make it work better."

(The bill in fact cuts nearly $1 trillion from Medicaid.)

As of right now, I prefer this until I can get my shit and mental heallth together. I'm still making money (instead of relying solely on EI). Employment Insurance barely pays anything. But it's something and I'm grateful that EI exists.

that makes sense. so its more of a mental health issue in the same way like... autism is.. in that its a thing you cant change but you can seek help for on how to manage it? that and most of us autistics dont like it to be seen as a "mental health" deal yet getting help is in the mental heallth
March 16, 2025 at 8:52 PM
Mental heallth woes is sorta like living with a 2nd head that will never go away. You just try to deal with it the best you can.
