Prior to 1989, psyllium was basically only found in two places: Metamucil, and over the counter laxatives. However, General Mills and Kellogg's both believed it could be part of a healthy diet and created "Benefit" and "Heartwise" (which I have already covered) respectively

It's also important to note that in 1990, Kellogg's was forced to change the name of this cereal from "Heartwise" to "Fiberwise" after the FDA warned that they were making "misleading claims" about the cereal's cardiovascular health benefits

Only a doctor can officially declare someone dead…he may have still had a pulse, & stable heartwise but nothing else they could do in an ambulance, or need to take off with lights & sirens.

While I realize one case does not a scientific study series make, my own vaccinated experience is that I'm as emotionally heart-warm as ever - and have done well following an MI and with afib. Heartwise, think I'm beating on all cylinders. Been nice not to have COVID or respiratory syncytial virus.

my guess is he's not well heartwise. There are pics of his feet at some massage shop, and the lower legs were clearly swollen. But I agree, the potato looks def. bigger.
