Can you search for events in your area or something? Dunno if you've got hobbies that have people regularly meeting up tho.
I ended up meeting my gf on HelloTalk by just messaging everyone that posted about a game I like if they wanted to play together and one of them happened to be my eventual gf

Hellotalk is evil bc at least 6 men I met there wanted to marry me, and I had to break it to them that I was just trying to learn a language and didn't want to get married, given that this was a language exchange app and not a dating app, and it always broke their hearts. Which I found annoying.
