I finally switched from using Windows Remote Desktop to access all my PCs from my main PC to HelpWire and it is FAR less janky. Which is really weird since Microsoft MADE the OS.
I'm looking forward to the mobile update so I can actually run a full ZiPS projection from my phone.

I had some success with helpwire with my dad. They just need to click a link and accept control. Which already can be a hurdle.

They were notifications from some ropey website registered in India. I used HELPWIRE - a free (and surprisingly easy to use) remote access so I could send him a link to his pc from my mac, and then I remotely controlled his pc to turn all notifications off.

Helpwire might be giving people access to your IP Address, it's a great app for remote support but I literally just had 15 malicious IP attacks in 2 days attempted on my computer IP.
Full scans and even used Tron to root out the issue and that might be the issue.
