Rae eventually develops a crush on her. In spite of his youth, he's acutely aware that Helsik wouldn't want him though, and thus never mentions it.

Hope, Barcus Abdirak and Helsik. The last three are part of Lavis backstory, so not so minor anymore: Abdirak is her best friend, Barcus she helps getting around on the surface and Helsik is her ex. Hope will be part of her future, when she goes to the hells with her girlfriend

Lavi canonically was in a relationship with Helsik before the events of BG3. They separated, because Lavi wasn't comfortable with Helsiks morals. SHe guild tripped her into letting her into hells for free though for helping the guy, who killed her aunt (Helsik didn't know that).

She was also what he aspired to be—confident, witty, savvy, knowledgable, and with a strong connection to her patron. And she had cool tattoos.
