Page 16 #UntimelyFive
Digital art of two anthro characters. A wolf named Yomae in armor, holding his battleax. And a goat spirit that is a shard of the Goddess Helx. She is reaching her arms out, to unnatural lengths and grabbing his shoulders than making her way to put her fingers down the collar of his breastplate. She is speaking to him and says "Yomae... I can see you. Such a sweet child you are." Magic projects in an aura around Yomae as she casts her magic.

#Lorevember Day 29 - Family

A Doran family consisting of two mothers, and three children.

Doran has a big cultural value to "make a family", and a big one. Adoption is an honor that many families will take part during their lives. Temples of Helx help with the process.

What is it's true form if it exists between the veil and mortal reality?
Digital art of a comic, showing an anthro wolf (Yomae) and a shade/spirit creature. The shade is grabbing Yomae and saying "Now you can see me. Can't you?" Yomae scowls and sees the goddess form, of Helx, that the spirit once looked like. The shade says "Be calm child.. and admit what you stole." The shade radiates a soft magic and Yomae drops his axe.

I really want to be on BlueSky instead of HelX but no matter how much I scroll, I don't get new artists recommended.
It's always same fandoms or people I already follow. I want to follow new faces.
And HelX gives me that :( something on this Algorithm is not working for me. I rarely see pics

Meet Octavia. One of our characters within Helx over at helx.two-way.eu

She'll eventually need a #voice to be turned into animation and narrated stories.

Octavia is a Mentee of Zairani, who we still have a #casting call open for!

Page 15!

Foolish to expect a shade could die by mortal means.
A 4 panel digital comic showing two characters. An anthro wolf named Yomae and an anthro goat, a shade/ghost of Helx. The shade is twisted into unnatural proportions, very skinny, and had black eyes. She has a horn that glows with magic and her clothes are tattered. Yomae is wearing a plate armor chest piece. The first panel shows The Shade holding their stomach and their mouth is open, as if screaming in silence, they stand in the open ruins, flanked by fallen and cracked pillars. The second panel shows the Shade's stomach, it is healing by magic, or the wound was never enough to effect a magical creature. The third panel is Yomae shocked staring at the creature as it starts to laugh. The final / fourth panel is the shade laughing, the view close to its face with half of it shrouded in darkness. Among the laughs is the text "I can not die by mortal means"

“Witness my burden, share the weight of forbidden knowledge. Is this the deep past or the near future? Now you must ponder this horror for as long as you carry me…”

“Sight beyond sight.”

Art of a nature mage, Mena, being “blessed” by a Shard of Helx.

#furryart #worldbuilding #Argemi
Digital art of an anthropomorphic Okapi, named Mena, standing amongst abstract colors and shape that come together to form a bush/plant life on either side of her. She stands centered with a shocked/ horrified expression. Her eyes glow green with her nature mage magic. Behind her is a ghost/spirit that emanates a pink light. The hands of the spirit cover Mena’s ears and light projects from its finger tips onto Mena and behind the hood she is wearing. The spirit is a goat with a single spiraling horn. At the top a magical flame of pink swirls and projects and aura of magic.

Lorevember Day 24:
Reclamation

Vel, The Hand of Her, returns a prophecy scroll of the Doran Goddess Helx to Calritch Fisher, a member of the Doran’s Winter Thorns.

The scroll predicted an event called Bloodwinter in Marazia that Helx saw long ago. Now that it passed the scroll is returned.

Late #mayternity post but it's lore related!!! And also a gift for my friend @huandoodles.bsky.social since they inspired me to participate!

Priestesses to the goddess Helx take care of Huan's Ammil to make sure that her pregnancy and child are healthy!
#furrynsfw #furryart #worldbuilding
Digital art of three anthropomorphic characters, an unnamed wolf, an unnamed tiger, and Ammil the Sea Otter who is pregnant. They're all naked, the tiger and Ammil lie on a bed while the wolf kneels next to the bed on a cushion and paints the belly of Ammil. The tiger gently touches Ammil's belly and they talk happily with their faces very close, almost touching noses on the bed. Text above reads: "Doran Maternal Health Ritual - Preformed by fertility priestesses, intimate but not sexual. During pregnancy, Dorans will often visit their local temple to Helx. The priestesses of the goddess of fertility tend to the pregnant folk in every manner necessary for a healthy birth. They are tasked with medical procedures and religious rituals alike. The Pink paint represents Helx and bodily health. The teal paint represents Jol'n and his guardianship to the baby."

#Lorevember Day 4

The banners that hang from Doran fortresses & castles do their best to indicate their purpose and devotion. Many of these are abstractions that the common person couldn't derive specifics from, but for those that are able to decipher the symbols, it can say a lot from afar.
Digital art of a fortress wall from a low angle. Looking up you see an archer and a spear guard walking on the segment of the wall. There are three large banners that hang from the wall. Left to right: The first banner is a depiction of Jol'n the god of the hunt, vigilance, and justice. The second is a banner of Helx, the goddess of compassion, family, and education. Finally a banner of the two mixed together, showing many "Doran Flowers", an abstract design of flowers that Dorans use as a cultural symbol. These banners represent the fortress' purpose and regional importance in three ways: The first two banners representing the gods alone mean they have dedicated temples within the fortress to each, the focus on Jol'n bow instead of eyes mean they train archers and recruits at the fortress. Helx's halo and a small shield icon with the Doran flowers means that there is also medical staff and nature mage healers on site. Finally the two together symbolizes the open function to civilians needing aid, trade, or other approved and permitted actions within the walls.
