He plotted a new ride route while I was working, told me we’re going on a road trip to get there, cleaned the van, cleaned my bike, oiled the chains, adjusted some cables and got an entire supply of Henllan cakes to take with us. Love.

Although the Llindir Inn was described as quiet when I spoke to the landlady (March 2022), in the past incidents were said to be fairly frequent at this establishment in Henllan, Denbighshire.

Afon Teifi at Henllan this morning. This is the lowest I've ever seen the river. The fallen tree washed there by a flood is a good 3 metres above the current level.
