I play HeroKids RPG with my daughters. It is a simplified system that just uses a six-sided die. Aimed for ages 4 through 10 but it works for older kids as well. Lots of room for narrative and creativity. www.heroforgegames.com/hero-kids/

My daughter had a great time playing Hero Kids at a local game shop (Get Your Fun On). It was run by The Space Coast Adventurers Guild. All the kids had a blast! #ttrpg #DnD #pathfinder #herokids

I'm looking for a #ttrpg system to introduce my kids (9 & 11) to fantasy roleplay. I've tried #AmazingTales, but it was too open/broad for them. I'm looking at #TinyDungeon2e but it seems to be too rigid. #D&D5e is too complicated. I'll look at #HeroKids, but also looking for other recommendations.

I just played my first two encounters of Hero Kids with my 6 and 9 year olds. The giant rats were defeated, but that was a harrowing adventure for your humble Dungeon Master.

Trailer Park shark attack sounds good for most kids, I think.
Depending on their ages, remove some of the risque pregens.
If they're really young, check out herokids on dtrpg. The adventures are simple and fun, kids can have pets that don't die, and the art encourages kids to make their own.
