To be precise - there will be a storm passing over for the next hour or so, with thunder and possibly heavy rain. Then sunny again. I wonder why the BBC forecast hasn’t picked this up? Glad to hear they’ll be switching back to the @metoffice.gov.uk soon.

More on the east-of-Fields powr cut- UK Power Distribution Networks say the cause is a faulty cable. No time given for restoration of power. With temperatures below freezing, please make sure you stay warm and look out for neighbours. #highburypowercut
There’s currently a power cut around Highbury Fields, affecting (at least) streets east of the Fields. Started around 6:30am. Hoping power comes on soon - outdoor temperature is currently -1ºC.
