7/3/26 - My scheduled structured workout was supposed to be Eccentric Lower today, but I traded it for a Hike with Hubby & I did it WITHOUT my 10 lb weighted vest because I already did a 3+ mile weighted walk this morning. 🌞 #HikingWithHubby
