I'm not a very festive person, and I don't celebrate Halloween in YEARS, but holy fuck man, am I not feeling festive as fuck right now. Also, Halloween is like the only holyday I don't really despise at any level. Just a silly day for kids to dress up and eat candy, literally the most wholesome shit

i don't think anyone cares (hence the .png instead of actual data) but i've been noodling around with the #tocouncil voting record. this is for Chow's tenure, each column showing identical votes as a percentage of the councillor's max votes.
