The council authorized Town Administrator Andre Garen to sign a contract amendment with Revision Energy that adds a 2-cent-per-kilowatt-hour increase in year seven if the town does not exercise its purchase option. The 40-year project is expected to generate about 1.6 million kWh annually; the town and schools will split the first-year revenue.
