Angus Beef burger with horopito spices, manuka smoked bacon and blue cheese carbonara fondue.
Reminded me of the ones I usually make for myself so I liked it but it doesn't stand out as much because of that.

My tamāhine made the Matariki mā Puaka table centre piece this year... Christall Lowe's horopito gingerbread whare ❤️ 3rd year in a row I've taken just one photo of our hākari (it's always kai related 😂) but my heart, and puku, are full

Other highlights included an elderly man buying all 32 kids an iceblock cause they included his grandchildren in their game at the park, and me tricking every child into eating a horopito leaf at the Botanic Gardens 😂

Yeah I hunt around there a bit too (Frank Stream access). A good area to find the only things they don't eat (crown fern & horopito)
Have heard of people spotlighting that campsite, & heard shots on the road at night, so I basically only stay there in high summer when there are tourists around

Thats Black Fern Farms beef and Horopito Pepper patties, fried slow in used bacon grease, (fkn wow!) buns toasted lightly and home grown lettuce and sweet onions.
These dont tend to shrink up as much as the fresh ground mince ones. Fills a king bun
