UnitedHealth already sells your insurance, employs your doctor, and manages your prescriptions.

Now Trump's DOJ let them buy home health and hospice giant Amedisys for $3.3 BILLION – giving them MORE power to raise costs and deny care.

We need to break up Big Medicine.

This is a hospice in Dnipro, damaged by a Russian missile. Inside were nearly 100 patients, including elderly people with terminal illnesses.

This is what a Russian missile did to it.

The world needs to see this‼️

This is a war crime.

A hospice. Elderly people with terminal illnesses. People who needed care, comfort and peace.

Russia struck a place where the most vulnerable people were receiving care.

The world must see this. The world must not look away.

I have no words💔

This is a hospice in Dnipro, Ukraine.

Inside are seriously ill, bedridden, helpless elderly people. People who cannot even run for shelter.

And russia struck it with a missile.

Tell me, what kind of monster attacks a place like this?

Russian attacks spare no one — not even those who need care and protection the most.

On November 3, a hospice in Dnipro housing nearly 100 elderly and seriously ill patients came under attack.

Help protect Ukrainians from Russian attacks.

What kind of people target a hospice?

Nobody that needs to exist in the civilized world. Ban all 🇷🇺 from traveling (visa ban) from participating in any cultural or sports events.

🇷🇺 targets civilians. A hospice facility is a new low.

There were two separate attacks on Dnipro, one this morning when the city was already awake.

Yes, Russia did hit the power station again, but will lie about "plausible deniability" of unintended civilian victims, such as these poor terminally ill patients in a hospice.

Yup. I volunteer with hospice patients every week, and at 38, I am one of the youngest volunteers. LOTS of retired women.
there is a super obvious pattern around “older women volunteer more than anybody else,” which you’d of course be aware of if you volunteered or did community events.
The vast majority of people phone banking are middle aged and older women in my city. I think me and a few retired guys were the only outliers during my last shift.

❗ The mayor called to share photos of the damaged hospice so that as many foreign politicians and diplomats as possible would learn about the consequences of the Russian strike.

In 2009, Chamberlin was stricken with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. When her insurance ran out, she was told she must move into a nursing facility. Refusing to be institutionalized, she launched a blog documenting her fight. She died on Jan. 16, 2010, at home in her favorite chair. /end

Proud to be a Mallory donor who gave to Abdul the morning after she dropped out.

I would have loved to throw him a fundraiser too (with catering!) but my mom is in hospice here at my home and I'm so tired 😢

@abdulelsayed.bsky.social I owe you a fundraiser. With excellent catering.
20-25% of McMorrow donors and Crockett donors donated to el-Sayed and Talarico afterwards.

Less than 10% of Stevens, Craig, and Vindman donors donated to the nominee. But Stevens's donor pool stands out, as more went to Rogers than el-Sayed.
