Plenty of lower-income residents on Maryland’s Eastern Shore who’ve voted consistently for #AndyHarris as their representative in the House. At least a few of whom rely on #Medicaid. Should Harris pay a price for his ‘leadership’ of the so-called #HouseFreeDumbCaucus?
