feat(loyalty): stored-value household pooling + cross-channel double-spend on the cloud API (CORE-04, M17-FR-04) A tested packages/loyalty engine (householdBalance, findDoubleSpends) that ran nowhere on the cloud, now wired onto API-06. Two read-only routes: - GET /v1/stored-value/households/:ownerRef/balance — one pooled balance across every gift card / store-credit a family holds (a family's value is one purse). - GET …/double-spends — an instrument that went negative once its offline channels synced, surfaced with BOTH redemptions kept and both channels named, never last-write-wins (hard rule #10 / §31.1). The data was already on the cloud ledger: both fold from the shared issue index (StoredValueIssued, carrying ownerRef) and the per-instrument movement streams (StoredValueMovement, carrying channel) that the wired FR-03 already populates — no new events, no write-path change, no edge data, no owner decision. Permission loyalty.value.read already existed and is held by owner/manager/cashier. - services/customer/src/stored-value.ts: two routes + instrumentsForOwner / movementsForOwner deps. - services/api storedValueAdapter: the two folds over STORED_VALUE_INDEX + forInstrument (fan-out), composed in main.ts (+ store-less stub). - tests/integration/household-pooling.test.ts: pooled balance, a synced cross-channel double-spend with both channels named, no false positive within balance, per-tenant isolation — over the real pipeline with real RBAC. - docs/traceability.md (M17-FR-04 wired; ladder still PARTIALLY WIRED as coupons FR-02 stays engine-only, so no completion-ladder evidence needed) + STATUS. Validated: typecheck + lint clean; full suite 4981 tests / 346 files green.
