Council approved a sales-and-marketing agreement to begin marketing downtown properties at 611 Walker and 1200 Travis. City staff said proceeds are intended to help fund build-out of 1600 Smith (estimated build-out costs were discussed) and that marketing does not preclude a future ground lease option.
