I strongly suspect this will end up as my album of the year. Came out to warm but not ecstatic reviews. It certainly scratches an itch for me. Got the blue #vinyl pressing which is... Ok. Some surface noise and huge bits of embedded crap which luckily came off in the Humminguru.

Decided to actually try out the vinyl after saving it from water damage and after a spin in the Humminguru it's perfect. Actually all the damage has been fixed by keeping it under pressure in the shelf for a few days. The bonus 12" is the best part.

Decided to actually try out the vinyl after saving it from water damage and after a spin in the Humminguru it's perfect. Actually all the damage has been fixed by keeping it under pressure in the shelf for a few days. The bonus 12" is the best part.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky A purchase from yesterday. Told that the guy had dropped the stylus on it causing a crackle, hence it was a really good price. But after he cleaned it twice and I put it through the #Humminguru it has gone. Probably some dust pushed into the groove, it now sounds fantastic.

400mL of distilled water, a couple of drops of Special Sauce, it makes a horrible noise for 10 minutes and then they're magically practically as-new.
This one is the Humminguru Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine - it's an accessible entry into a piece of the market which has historically been $$$$$$$

The photo doesn't really do it justice, but look at the state of this BRAND NEW still in the shrinkwrap LP. Weirdly, it plays perfectly, but a bit of quality control would be nice if your charging £25 for your product. I'm now running it through the HumminGuru cleaner.

Soooo the Humminguru Nova (ultrasonic record cleaner) came today. I’ve currently cleaned about a dozen 12” discs, all used from various sources.
While I haven’t played any of them yet, even in my not-well-lit room, they are clearly and obviously cleaner, so… thumbs-up!

Picked up this dandy bunch at the local BHF. For once the prices were reasonable. All records are very dusty but underneath I hope they are in good nick. Getting the full Knosti wash and a Humminguru ultrasonic clean. Looking forward to this.

Bargain bin pickup ($2) that was super grungy. #Humminguru did its job and turned it into VG- (a bit crackly). Slightly better than my other copy in #johnsvinyl. Weird record in some ways with Ike/Tina Turner, Neil Diamond and Beatles covers.
