I started a new one, #Knitsky. I loved doing the #DinosaurCowl so much I bought the #WoollyGiantsCowl from HuntHandKnits (same designer) on Etsy and started this weekend. I modified pattern a little to be bigger and have same pattern on bottom of cowl that is on top.
The Woolly Giants Cowl features a woolly mammoth walking through a stand of trees. I knitting in deep purple and dark green.

You can see how it works together in the cowl I made using HuntHandKnits #GuardianCowl so I think the dragon mittens could go perfectly with that as a real medieval inspired set. 🧶

Super lightweight due to the hollow possum hairs, and it kept me so so warm during a 20 min walk home in the snow after sunset!!!

Let me lament about how I started when I was still quite new to knitting, so I chose sport weight instead of DK weight like pattern calls for (whyyyyy?)

Also, I clearly did not know how to use color dominance. My partner won't let me frog and start over.

*Just* finished my Wooly Giants cowl by @hunthandknits ! I wasn‘t sure I was going to have enough of the lighter yarn, but we made it! Yarn is @leadingmenfiberarts Polwarth DK in “Red Clay” and “Dust in the Wind”. Now to darn in a couple more ends.

Made another #dragontalecowl by hunthandknits on IG because I’m obsessed with this pattern 😍 gave it one of my best friends for Christmas! I wish the contrast between the grey and green was better but I managed to not make the same mistakes as my first time! 😎

85 rows, 168 stitches per row for a total of 14,280 stitches. I finally finished the shell of the bag. It’s #crochet but looks like knit thanks to the #waistcoatstitch. Pattern is the #fossilfrenzycowl by #hunthandknits with yarn I #dyed … Now to sew in a liner. Finished bag coming soon…hopefully

I have finished another test knit (designer is @hunthandknits on IG) which is called the #GuardianCowl and it kind of reminds me of the Auryn from the Neverending Story! Anyway, I've had the theme song stuck in my head for a few weeks now.

A vibrant, almost turquoise blue and white (with neon pops) hand knitted neck cowl has a swirly design of two snakes or wingless dragons twisted together in a circular, almost Celtic knot.
