i don't actually have favorite enzymes that's just a joke but i do really love when i re-read something or come at a particular area from a different angle or context and i have that "ah ha!" moment where something clicks just a *little* more. when you start to grasp the forest, not just the trees.

- ADHD issues: I only had about five days on it before my Vyvanse could actually fill, but for those five days, it was helping with the ADHD verbal aphasia and brain fog but did not seem to do a *whole* lot for task interrupt
