@jack_newton When it comes to knowledge management, continuous learning is the choice of small and medium law firms surveyed, but #legaltech is the favored second. It’s the only other factor garnering >50% of responses. #IBAVT

An interesting point was just raised. No amount of courthouse operations preparation can keep COVID out. Criminal defendants in custody continually bring infections due to rampant transmission in poorly run prisons. #IBAVT

In COVID-Britain, once jury trials resumed, a single criminal trial went from using 1 court room to 4. Each room was linked via video platforms. Why were these people required to go to the courthouse at all if video conferencing was used? #IBAVT

Nigerian courts suspended accrual of late fees when they shut down. How many other courts have done so? @StateCourts, was this widespread? #IBAVT
