For the Ao3 skimmer site: lot of bad info floating around. Whenever a site like this comes up just hit their registrar's abuse email. You're not filing a DMCA claim, just a regular ICANN-specific registrar abuse claim. Enough of those will force an audit. Do not give that site your email or info.
