I’ve personally seen it deployed - not against me, but against others, multiple times, both during the 2017 formation of the initial resistance that consolidated into Indivisible and again in 2025 in ICEWatch. Both times it was fellow travelers who fractured orgs by treating differences as fascism.

Locally, here in the DC area, a good part of ICEWatch involves finding the abandoned cars that are left after a kidnapping and getting that car back to the family.
It’s a small thing, but it matters to the family, some of whom only have one car for the whole household.
