I had kept this souvenir from a conference in Europe in anticipation and today I heard from Professor Gerhard-Wilhelm Weber that my invited paper for a session he is organizing for #IFORS2026 is accepted. Vienna is one of my favorite cities. My Mother and Uncle were WWII refugees there for a time.

Thrilled that our paper, "Fresh produce spatial price equilibrium on general networks: Capturing commodity quality deterioration through endogenous transportation time delay functions with capacities," was accepted in EJOR. I'll present it at #IFORS2026 in Vienna. Thanks to the Editor & reviewers.

I'm thrilled that Professor Grazia Speranza's book, Glowing Women, Women in Operations Research, has been published & a few copies are available at #IFORS2026. This book is an expanded English version of the Italian book. I'm so honored to be 1 of 15 women featured in it! Being interviewed was fun.

I'm thrilled that Professor Grazia Speranza's book, Glowing Women, Women in Operations Research, has been published & a few copies are available at #IFORS2026. This book is an expanded English version of the Italian book. I'm so honored to be 1 of 15 women featured in it! Being interviewed was fun.
It was wonderful to see friends from many countries at the #IFORS2026 conference in Vienna! The conference was so large with over 2,200 delegates that I am sorry that I missed a few!

After the conference, we did some exploring and made it to the top of a park with these views of the Danube and parts of Linz, Austria. Will be packing up for #IFORS2026 in Vienna, a nice train ride away.
