There are not a lot of things in this world that are an absolute good. I've been lucky to be a part of a couple of them - the Foodraiser in Durham, NC, and the Igivearod supporting Alaska schools and nonprofits. This is what the 2025 Igivearod looks like and it is an absolute good.

Story Works update #igivearod
I got a voicemail from them. Said they really appreciated all the igivearod donations & thought we’d appreciate knowing they have a program in Unalakleet with storytelliing & story circles through the Story Works program. They’re also piloting a teacher training program there this year. Very cool!

My tiny mushers took a break from all their outside time to celebrate the Preschool Oscars! All the kids dressed their best to walk the red carpet and accept awards. And it was exactly as adorable as you’d expect.
