California has CalOsha which has stricter rules than federal OSHA. There is no TexasOsha equivalent; Texas falls under federal Osha rules w/ out a state OSHA. Federal OSHA lacks an Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and a Heat Illness Prevention Program which CalOsha has.
