We joined @winnetwork.bsky.social‬ and ‪@anticorruption.bsky.social‬ to express our disappointment with the International Labour Organization Administrative Tribunal’s ruling in Zambon v. WHO.

WHO and ILOAT must ensure whistleblower protections are enforceable internationally.

Koroma notes that the Bureau's repeated violations of applicable ICC/ASP rules make it likely that, if sanctioned or removed, the Prosecutor would win an appeal to ILOAT, resulting in possible reinstatement and substantial damages the Court can ill-afford to pay.
