It is crazy, other sports associations are doing the same. It goes like this: IOC decides to let in ruzzians. National OCs say they follow the IOC. National sports federations then say they follow the national OCs. All ruzzia had to do was to “convince” (read: bribe) the IOC board. It’s infuriating.
