Technically not how that works. OP still owns their art despite not owning the IP/Characters. Paramount wouldn't be able to use this art without OP's permission, even though they own the characters. IP law is complicated.

So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past IP.

What’s a movie franchise that had a good run until the final movie?

2027 Steamer projections are out. I usually find these better for pitchers than hitters, so some early notes:

Rogers: 31 GS, 174.2 IP, 3.82 ERA, 3.2 WAR

Peralta: 31 GS, 168.2 IP, 4.33 ERA, 1.9 WAR

King: 31 GS, 179.2 IP, 4.06 ERA, 2.5 WAR

Gausman: 31 GS, 178.2 IP, 4.08 ERA, 2.8 WAR

there are additional points to be made about how IP is not, despite some claims by artists to the contrary, a concept that protects creative labor, but the opposite. IP is to the benefit of corporations, workers most often don’t own “IP” they create

Whilst shooting ‘Green Mansions’ in 1958 AUDREY HEPBURN worked with a Fawn called Pippin.

In order to cement their bond Audrey took ‘Ip’ (as she nicknamed her) home after shooting & bond they surely did.

Disney disease: the phenomenon where non-video games corporations get caught up in a loop from "why are we licensing our IP to make games, we should own the studios and keep all the profit" -> "making games is very hard, we should license our IP instead" -> GOTO 10

Real W for vulgar Freudianism that as the fascist movement in this country becomes increasingly sclerotic, far-right online spaces are getting really into fantasy IP for children
