I finally made it to the She Shed. We had to dismantle the design wall to make room for the Rinnai heater. I will have real heat this winter.

Turner's "Slavers throwing overboard the Dead and Dying — Typhoon coming on" lost a British art competition to a painting of a poodle. It was so mocked that it destroyed the artist's career. It was even lampooned, MAD magazine style, by satirists. Then, just as it was being rediscovered... Pop art.
A massive swirl of colors meant to show stormy seas at sunset. A ship, in the distance, leaves behind a trail of black bodies and body parts in the water. The painting is based on the story of a british slaver who decided to throw sock members of his human cargo overboard so that he could collect a better insurance payout. The British public was not amused.

When you eat two of the house sitter’s socks, then have to have them removed by endoscopy (thankfully not surgery), you will lose a bit of fur from the IV. Will you learn from this experience not to eat socks in the future, given that you are a highly intelligent standard poodle? No. You will not.

Buddy's one blue-gray eye is usually overlooked and hard to photo. When he was a baby ("toy party poodle") his eye was medium shade of blue... no eye liner. He also had fawn colored spots on his body which disappeared into white in adulthood. Such an interesting L'il guy ❤️❤️❤️

It is also a dominance behavior. I had a little male miniature poodle that I called my sweet omega dog because all dogs, females included, tried to mount him.
