Is it ironic that the person I got kicked out of isstd for knowing is volunteering to help me w/ Rachel's memorial, while no isstd folks are. Like, yeah, this is truly the behavior of a dangerous person trying to take down DID clinical work. But it was never really about that, & isstd knows it.

Van der kolk is a recovered memory/SRA guy. The APA is putting out guidelines on treating ptsd in collaboration with the ISSTD. The psychiatric establishment has caved to pressure from fringe weirdos over and over. Traumatized people are being denied access to effective treatment.

komm nicht drüber weg, dass eine ISSTD Konferenz zu DIS diesen Monat 'Hidden in Plain Sight' heißt und in Dokus immer noch seltene Phänomene bei DIS so in den Vordergrund gezerrt werden, dass es so scheint, als wäre das das ganze Bild des Leides.

There are 3 DID specialists in Perth, Accord to the ISSTD.
1 has full books, 1 is semi-retired (not taking new patients), 1 actually doesn't live in Perth anymore.

Most importantly: get a good therapist, preferably one who is accredited by the ISSTD. The ISSTD website has a search tool that will let you find out which local therapists are qualified. It may not be obvious why you need one at first, but trust me, it'll help! Good luck 💞

Weirdest neurotypical thing I'm running across is ISSTD board members saying they supported my recent listserv email & I didn't respond so they think I don't want anything to do w/ them. I,uh, you totally betrayed me w/ out even talking to me & then tried to get me to sign an NDA? Like, what?

Ich finde die gesamte Webseite absolut unglaubwürdig, die haben null Referenzen zu seriösen Papern oder Bezug zur ISSTD... Null, nada, was die irgendwie in ein seriöses Licht rücken würde.
