Upgraded the GT 730 to an RX 640 (low-profile case...), and all of my performance issues in Stepmania/ITGmania (during dense doubles, bg vids, warning flash) disappeared! And I didn't need to spend several hours troubleshooting sound this time!

Storm mainline tournament rulesets for DDR, ITGmania, SMX, and PIU will be up by 2/21.

I have updated the SMX-SDK-enabled ITGmania build to ITGmania 1.1.0.

If you are using a SMX pad on Windows, you may find responsiveness slightly improved with this build compared to vanilla ITGmania. (If you are not such a user, this build is not necessary for you.)
