A lil' late now, but transmetal Tarantulas could be good. Or Iguanus.

Beast Wars Megatron! This fun flipchanger version of ol’ grape-face is usually referred to as a gator though with that v-shaped head he’s clearly a crocodile. Like his mould-mate Iguanus I like to flip his gun up on his back. Love how his lower fangs are visible in the Bot mouth (also a croc trait!)

From the show? Dinobot and Rattrap, their dynamic is so fun. From the toyline? I'd have to give it to Transmetal 2 Iguanus. I got him as a wee lass as my first Transformer I ever received.

The reason I ask is that I found a green gator Megatron variant & I’m trying to work out its story. It uses the same mould as the purple Megalligator (slightly bulging robot eyes, extra scale on the croc forehead, filled in screwhole on the attachment peg for Iguanus’ frill) but not sure if it is 🇯🇵
