Yes, and I think that it is unhelpful for the more useful cases for mask wearing (if you're sick, if you're immunocompromised or around someone who is, traveling, etc) are hurt if people associate it with aggressive 'you have to wear a mask all the time because COVID isn't over!' folks.

Well. I finally caught Covid. I knew I wouldn't be able to dodge it forever. I am immunocompromised so going to have to keep a close eye on it. I feel awful am in a lot of pain and i've had very little sleep.

Last year I struggled to get the vaccines before I started chemo. I got the COVID shot the week before, and the flu shot only two days before. That was the very first day the flu shot was available for the elderly and immunocompromised.
