Look at them drying out all pretty like! I roll them around every four hours or so to help them dry evenly. Then, the wood pieces go on the edges to keep them from curling. Then back in the bin to dry some more!

Burning the first stick of my Samhain blend. One of the things I love about incense made like this is how the scent changes and develops. This one, I'm catching a lot of dragon's blood and copal right away with the others showing up after.

Sifting The Moon blend. I make sure to sift my blend after they've been mixed. Make sure there aren't any clumps or little stems in there than can muck up dough.

The Moon is drying and as I expected its heavy with the mugwort. I'll do a test burn once some is dried out, hoping some more of the herbs come out a bit more in the burn. We'll see!
