Not the prettiest plating, but my spouse attempted a Limburg specialty called Zuurvlees (with pork instead of beef, and mashed potatoes instead of fries). Not bad for a first attempt at all! We may end up Indianising it to our taste in future recreations, but the first round came out quite decent!
