The Fiction winner, The Names by Florence Knapp, is extraordinary.

The Non-Fiction winner, Mother Mary Comes to Me by Arundhati Roy, is powerful, generous, sharp and deeply deserving.

Both are very well-deserved winners.

Personally, I also have to give very special mention to:

Witchcraft for Wayward Girls by Grady Hendrix
Muckle Flugga by Michael Pedersen
The New Age of Sexism by Laura Bates

Three books I am SO glad judging made me read properly!
