Russia hasn't declared it wants to control Ukraine. It has declared #WesternPowerSphere shouldn't threaten it thru Ukraine and Russian speaking Ukrainians need ther rights to lnaguage and culture. But, of course, it analyses what is needed for #IndivisibleSecurity and acts according it.

Peace, atleast lasting peace is achieved thru diplomacy based on #IndivisibleSecurity for all, even for Russia.

Collective security should be #indivisiblesecurity, meaning no one should seek one's security at the expense of others' security, because then no one has security anymore. We can have only common security or we have no security att all.
