Thursday at #IBEI #Intersecionality cluster, we had the privilege of hearing @pcaravantes.bsky.social present a WIP paper on #feminism & legacies of #fascism in the Spanish & Catalan #parliament. Congratulations to her @elombardo.bsky.social & @ilheenk.bsky.social for their fantastic research!

It's a lot of intersecionality. For exemple politicien are politicien and their belief. So they will defend the politicien group first. You can also have a dissonance between your belief and your action and it does not bother a lot of person because it's a huge confort to keep dominant privilege.

Not to nerd out, but I've observed a marked intersecionality between ASD/ADHD and homosexuality to varying degrees. Like if you think of gay men as a spectrum from "regular" gays at one end, then moving up through bears, and then gainers at the other end, it seems to go less ASD/ADHD to more.
